Quickdraw Support

Need help with Quickdraw? Start here — most common questions are answered below. If yours isn't, reach out directly and we'll get back to you.

Restoring your subscription

One Quickdraw subscription unlocks every style pack and every tool. If you've subscribed before and the app is asking you to subscribe again on this device, tap Restore Purchases on the subscription screen. This re-checks your Apple ID's purchase history and turns your subscription back on — no account or sign-in required. To change or cancel your plan, go to Settings > your name > Subscriptions on your iPad.

Print Shop orders

Print Shop orders are printed and shipped by our print partner, Prodigi. After checkout, your order goes straight to production and is sent with tracked shipping.

None of this affects the rights you have by law where you live.

My drawing disappeared / won't save

Your artwork is stored locally on your device. It only reaches another device through the backup described below. If a piece you expected to see in your gallery is missing, make sure you're on the same device you created it on, and that the app has been able to complete its autosave (avoid force-quitting mid-save). If this keeps happening, email us with your device model and iOS version so we can look into it.

Backing up and restoring your art

Quickdraw backs up your gallery automatically: to the app's folder on your iPad (Files › On My iPad › Quickdraw) and, if iCloud Drive is on, to iCloud Drive › Quickdraw. If you reinstall the app or move to a new iPad signed in to the same Apple ID, open the gallery and tap Restore when it offers your backup. You can also tap Back up in the gallery to save a single backup file to Files, iCloud Drive or AirDrop, and Restore to bring one back. Restoring only adds pieces; it never deletes anything already in your gallery.

Reporting a bug or crash

Quickdraw automatically reports crash diagnostics so we can catch and fix issues quickly. If something's broken but didn't crash the app (a tool behaving oddly, an asset rendering wrong), email us a description and, if you can, a screenshot — that's the fastest way for us to reproduce and fix it.

Feature requests

Quickdraw is actively developed, and we read every suggestion. If there's a tool, style, or feature you'd like to see, send it our way.

Please only print artwork you made or have the right to use. If you believe a Quickdraw print order used your copyrighted work without permission, email info@ilovequickdraw.app with the subject "Copyright" and include: your name and contact details, the work you own, what you believe copies it, a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized, a statement that your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner, and your signature (typed is fine). We'll review it promptly and remove or stop printing the material where the claim holds up.

Contact

For anything not covered above, email info@ilovequickdraw.app and we'll respond as soon as we can.
