Quickdraw Privacy Policy

Last updated October 1, 2026

Quickdraw is a drawing app. This policy explains, plainly, what happens to your data when you use it.

What stays on your device

Your artwork — everything you draw, every layer, every saved piece — is stored locally on your device. Quickdraw does not require an account, does not upload your artwork to any server automatically, and does not have a public gallery or social feed where your work is shown to other users.

To protect your art if the app is deleted or your device is replaced, Quickdraw keeps a backup copy of your gallery in two places that belong to you: the app's folder on your device (visible in the Files app under On My iPad › Quickdraw, and included in your device's own iCloud backup if you use one), and, if iCloud Drive is turned on, a Quickdraw folder in your own iCloud Drive. That copy is stored by Apple under your Apple ID, the same way your other iCloud files are. We never receive it and cannot see it. You can also make a backup file yourself from the gallery and save it wherever you like.

What we collect, and why

What we don't do

Reminders

After you save a piece, Quickdraw may ask permission to send one gentle reminder if you haven't drawn for a few days. It's optional, it's scheduled on your device (nothing is sent to us), and you can turn it off any time in Settings › Notifications.

Your choices and rights

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. Wherever you live, you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to correct or delete it: email info@ilovequickdraw.app and we'll respond within 30 days. For a print order, include your order ID so we can find it. We'll never treat you differently for making a request. Crash diagnostics aren't linked to you, so there's nothing of yours for us to look up there.

Children's privacy

Quickdraw is built for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. There are no accounts, and the only personal details the app ever asks for are the shipping details needed to deliver a print order you choose to place. The Print Shop is for adults: it is hidden in Kids Mode, leaving Kids Mode takes a grown-up check, and orders must be placed by someone 18 or older. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we'll delete it.

Copyright

If you believe something printed or shared through Quickdraw copies your work, see the copyright section of our support page for how to tell us.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the "last updated" date at the top of this page will change too. Continued use of Quickdraw after an update means you accept the revised policy.
